DESCRIPTION
SafeFire’s Every Day Carry series equips responsible firearm owners with the critical skills needed to stay safe in a violent encounter. In the classroom, you’ll cover the realities of self-defense situations, including situational awareness, de-escalation tactics, proper use of force, and the legal obligations tied to carrying a firearm. We’ll also discuss how to effectively communicate with law enforcement after an incident.
The course includes both dry and live-fire practice in the shooting bay, where students will refine essential skills like efficient holster work, trigger control, and point shooting. You’ll also practice movement, handling multiple opponents, and addressing firearm malfunctions under pressure. Students will have the opportunity to earn their holster certification so that they can draw from the holster while on our range.
