The Parent Permission & Liability Form is the form for parents to fill out if someone other than their parent or guardian is bringing them into the range to shoot. This form can be completed over the web and accessed by our staff when your child visits the range.

The Parent Permission & Liability Form is the form for parents to fill out if someone other than their parent or guardian is bringing them into the range to shoot. This version of the form must be printed, signed, and brought by the supervising adult the day of your visit. A remotely signable versions is also available above.
